Gatsbi distributes the tasks of making a complicated meal to multiple guests though mobile technology. 

Traditional dinner parties are very stressful, time intensive, and costly. Gatsbi makes being the host of a dinner party:

Thesis work. A Qualitative approach to discover the "Ideal Food Experience".

Problem

Research has shown stress around costs, skill, and planning for high experience food events.

Role

Principle Investigator, Qualitative + Generative Research, UI/UX, Strategy, User testing.

Outcome

We have tested the concept/app on over 60 paying customers and continue to design and refine the experience. We are building the current mobile app in flutter.io using material design principles.
